The Salvation Army are looking to expand the existing Board of Directors with local expertise in the field of Human Resources. This role would be in addition to our Director of Human Resources for the United Kingdom & Ireland.
Currently operating within Dublin City, The Salvation Army has over 150 permanent staff in various roles within our 9 areas of delivery.
As an organization we strive to ensure the wellbeing of our staff, within the funding constraints of statutory funding. This is an exciting time for us, as we are currently developing many processes and systems to support the delivery of our work within Dublin.
This role would assist the Board in developing a People Strategy for the next few years, as well as supporting the overall delivery of the Company Strategy in Dublin.
Directors, as with staff, will need to be in sympathy with the organizations aims and objectives, as well as Christian ethos.
