 Responsibilities will include the following:

To take the lead in monitoring the operation of the Community Wetlands Forum CLG’s financial policies and controls, and propose any necessary recommendation for change to the Board.

Working with the Community Wetlands Forum CLG’s staff to give regular updates on  the state of the company’s finances,  to advise the Board on the financial implications of proposals, cash flow problems etc.

Working Board members and staff to ensure that the Community Wetlands Forum CLG’ is compliant and takes a robust approach to risk management;

 To be an authorised signatory of the Community Wetlands Forum CLG’s cheques/accounts.
