Carrickmacross Toy Library

As Ireland's first standalone toy library, we exist to reduce unnecessary consumption of toys, thereby reducing waste in the most plastic-intensive industry on the planet. We provide a toy lending service and promote play for children age 0-8 in Carrickmacross and surrounding areas. We also serve as Ireland's model toy library facility, sharing our learning and experience with community groups and local authorities elsewhere; we are also in the process of setting up a national association of toy libraries.
