Le Foyer des Artistes is an ensemble of musicians from across the world united to share extraordinary music with its patrons and community.
Founded by Darren Hargan, it’s a non-for-profit organisation with an annual residency of 4 concerts at St Columb's Hall in Derry City as well as projects and partnerships nationally and internationally.
We are committed to nurturing future generations of creative young people and supporting emerging talented artists from across Ireland, UK, Europe, Asia and America.
Our programmes provides professional development and education opportunities, and we are driven by the belief in genuine
cultural engagement with people of all ages through art and music.

Continuo Foundation UK, and with annual Headline Funding from Derry City and Strabane District Council, Le Foyer des Artistes has already shared music with nearly 3’000 people at St Columb’s Hall and 250’000 online with its audience of 17K followers across social media channels.
Its programmes have given a platform to over 100 of the most talented musicians from across Ireland, UK and Europe, as well as young talented people in Derry City from across the creative,media and business sectors.
Highlights of Season Two include an Award nomination and special commendation at the
Arts&Business NI Awards at the Lyric Theatre in Belfast, the announcement of a new sponsorship deal and collaboration with the University of Ulster Business School in Belfast and the announcement of the first international collaboration with Juventudas Musicales di Granada, one of the most prestigious associations for young musicians in Spain.
